Our Story
While working with Ernst & Young at managerial positions for half a decade (Big4 Accounting firms of the world), our founders realized that the micro, small and medium enterprises was deprived from the professional & expert services provided by Big4/ similar Accounting firms mainly on account of cost constraints. We realized that there is a big difference in the approach, professionalism and quality of services provided and amount charged between small accounting firms and Big4 accounting firms. This gave us an opportunity to create a setup which would provide the same quality of services with a similar approach and professionalism at a reasonable price to SME businesses. This is how ADVAS was conceptualized.
By the year 2017, we were able to implement the vision with which ADVAS was formed. ADVAS became trusted service provider by providing high quality and professional services to its clients at reasonable price. During the period, ADVAS has also created its niche in serving start-up clients by understanding the eco-system in which start-ups work and delivering tailor-made services to their needs.
As on date ADVAS is serving more than 50 multinational and start-up clients from its office at Mohali (Punjab).

Mohan is Partner with ADVAS
With a specialization in Indirect tax and regulatory laws (such as Special Economic Zone and Foreign Trade laws), he has significant experience in advising Fortune 500, multinationals and Indian business houses on a wide range of matters relating to transaction / supply chain structuring, tax advisory, setting up of processes & systems and regulatory policy across a range of sectors.
He has 10+ years of experience to his credit (including 4.5 years with Big4) in the field of Indirect taxes and regulatory matters specifically holding expertise in Goods & Services Tax, Excise, Customs, Service tax and foreign trade laws.
Mohan is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is also graduate in law and a post graduate in finance from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Sukhvinder is Partner with ADVAS
Sukhvinder has 10+ years of experience with reputed multi-national and Indian Companies in diverse business sectors like power, infrastructure, beverages, shared business services and telecom etc.
During his stint with the Synergy Telecom, GE and Beam Suntory, he has gained a significant experience in setting up a finance function, drafting SOP, planning, budgeting, supply chain structuring, tax advisory, compliances and litigation matters.
Sukhvinder is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

He has significant experience working with fortune 500, multinational and Indian business houses in the domain of domestic taxes, International taxes and exchange control laws.
Vivek is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also Graduate in Law and Post Graduate in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis, Pune.

He has more than 3 years of post qualification experience in the field of Indirect tax consultancy and statutory tax compliances. His area of expertise includes Goods and Services Tax and Special Economic Zone Law.
Sunny is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is also a graduate in commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Balkrishan has 6+ years of experience (Including 3 years with GENPACT) in the field of Accounts, Finance, and Taxation
His areas of expertise are Domestic Taxation & International Taxation including Corporate Taxation, Transfer pricing and Litigation. Further, she has experience of working in Foreign Exchange Control Laws as well.
He is a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Graduate in Commerce from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
